In food processing industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifier, buffer, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, and stabilizer, e.g. applied as leavening agent in flour, cake, pastry, bakery, as quality improver in bread, as modifier for fried food. Also applied in biscuit, milk powder, drinks, ice cream as nutrient supplement or quality improver.
Feed grade:
Widely used as phosphorus and calcium supplements in agriculture feed additive,etc.
